Early access privacy notice

A clearer boundary around what matters.

Knownward is an early-access, pre-pilot product concept. Public browsing does not require an account, and public sign-up is currently invite-only.

The family is in control

The family owns its space. An employer may eventually fund access, but would not be able to read family conversations or reflections.

Private and shared are different

Private reflections should stay private. Shared family content should be clearly labeled and intentionally chosen.

Support is invited

Counselors, coaches, churches, and mentors should only see information a family explicitly chooses to share for a specific purpose.

Permission can change

In the working pre-pilot service, sharing a completed result with a relationship space is a choice you make explicitly, can revoke at any time, and is recorded. Retained history from before a revocation is not deleted, only new access is stopped.

A pre-pilot product, not professional advice

Real protection needs more than good language.

Knownward is not medical, legal, custody, clinical, diagnostic, or other professional advice. Any real product involving personal or minor information needs purpose-built safeguards and careful legal review before launch.

How this early-access site works

Knownward uses Supabase for authentication and application data. Public browsing does not require an account, and access is currently invite-only.

Current hosted data

The public Knownward pages you are viewing now (this page, /family, /about) show no real customer records and use fictional or example content only. Signed-in, invited accounts use a separate working pre-pilot service that does save what a participant enters — that service is still pre-pilot only and not approved for real personal or family data.

Sharing would need to be explicit

A future connection with a support professional, church, coach, or benefit program should show exactly what is shared, why, and how to stop it.

The simple version

Your family conversations are not an employer benefit report.

Knownward is designed around the idea that access funding and access to private family information are entirely different things.
